Lance Tracy is a seasoned entrepreneur and board director, currently serving as the Founder and Principal of Tracy Capital LLC and a board member of KAMMOK™ and Moots Cycles. With a rich background in sales and product commercialisation, Tracy previously held the role of Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Radio Systems Corporation from 2002 to 2022, where they focused on developing customer-centric products. Tracy's experience also includes serving as VP of Sales at Innotek Inc. from 1993 to 2002. They are committed to assembling talented teams and leveraging strategic insights to create impactful products that enhance customers' lives. Tracy is currently pursuing education at Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne.
