Michael Hanson

Michael Hanson is a chartered accountant currently focused on tax compliance and accounting cycles as the Tax Director at Moove. Based in Dubai, they have specialized in international project management and possess extensive experience with UK and European Corporate Income Tax regimes, as well as tax reporting under IFRS and UK GAAP. Previously, Michael held various roles including Assistant Vice President - Tax at Citi and Group Tax Manager at Careem, and they also worked as a Tax Associate for Aspen Pharmacare and an international tax senior at BDO LLP. Michael is furthering their education with a CIMA Diploma in Islamic Finance while having earned their ACA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
