Odeya Artzi

Odeya Artzi is an experienced professional in employee experience and organizational development, currently serving as an Employee Experience & Learning Specialist at Moovit since August 2019. Prior to this, Odeya held the position of OD Specialist at IDC Executive Education from December 2014 to August 2019, where responsibilities included developing tailored content and managing client relations. Earlier roles included HR Administrative Specialist at Nestlé Nespresso, Office Manager and PA to the CEO at Shaker, Absorption Coordinator at IDC Herzliya, and Students Coordinator at The Jewish Agency for Israel. Odeya holds a Master's degree in Conflict Management from Bar-Ilan University and a Bachelor's degree in Latin American Studies from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
