Michael Katzman

Michael Katzman is an experienced operations leader in the restaurant industry, currently overseeing NorCal Operations at MOOYAH Burgers Fries and Shakes since November 2013. Katzman has held significant roles, including Divisional Vice President at Buca di Beppo, where responsibilities included managing operations in high-volume markets and overseeing celebrity events. Prior experience includes serving as Market Partner at P.F. Chang's China Bistro, where Katzman contributed from the fifth store to the two hundredth, and as General Manager at Hard Rock Cafe, where Katzman managed operations for the highest volume restaurant in Las Vegas. Academic credentials include a BS in Cell Biology and Anatomy from LA College of Chiropractic and an Associate of Science from Mt. San Antonio College.
