Alfred Wong

Alfred Wong has over 25 years of work experience. Alfred began their career in 1997 as an Assistant General Manager at Jamba Juice. In 1999, they became a Manager at Pat & Oscar's Restaurant. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as an Environmental Programs at the City of Mission Viejo. During this time, they designed and implemented cost savings recycling and waste management programs for the commercial sector through waste audits, created and designed sustainability programs promoting landfill diversion and zero waste principles, and developed and maintained relationships, negotiated equipment sales and services with vendors. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Channel Account Manager at SolarCity, where they managed vendor partnerships with The Home Depot and Best Buy stores in the region to achieve lead volume and booking objectives, and led company efforts in generating new business by managing sales team. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Call Center Manager at Insight Vacations, where they managed all facets of an inbound call center, lead, developed, and coached team of inbound sales reps, and partnered with Sales and Marketing to ensure highest level of service was delivered to B2B and B2C clients. Since 2016, they have been a Manager at Mopro.

Alfred Wong received a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and Asian American Studies from San Francisco State University. Alfred then earned a Master Connections Associates from the College of Business and Technology. Lastly, they studied Recycling and Resource Management at Irvine Valley College.
