At Mor Design Studio, we believe that every space holds the potential to tell a meaningful story. Founded by Sai Karthik, an interior designer with a deep-rooted love for emotional design, and Kanak Mor, an architect with a sharp eye for structure and soul, the studio was built on a simple idea — to design spaces that feel as personal as the people who live in them.

Our journey began with a shared vision: to break away from generic designs and create something more intentional — spaces that don’t just look good but resonate deeply with the people who experience them. Karthik’s strength lies in his ability to translate emotions into visual narratives, while Kanak’s grounding in architecture ensures that every design is functional, thoughtful, and timeless. Together, they bring a unique synergy to every project, balancing creativity with clarity.

The name “Mor”, inspired by the elegance of the peacock and carrying Kanak’s family name, reflects who we are — a studio that values grace, individuality, and transformation. We see design as a way to celebrate personal stories, cultural roots, and modern aspirations, weaving all these elements into each project.

Based in Hyderabad, Mor Design Studio works across a range of residential and commercial projects, always guided by a human-first approach. We listen, we observe, and we design with care — crafting spaces that are not only functional but filled with character, emotion, and purpose.

For us, design is more than just materials and layouts — it’s about connection.
Because at Mor, we’re not just designing spaces.
We’re helping people live their stories.
