As the Senior Consultant at Morada Works, I bring over 30 years of leadership experience in the grounds maintenance and estate services sector. Formerly the Founder and Managing Director of Greenfingers Landscape Ltd, I grew the company from a small start-up into one of the UK’s leading providers of grounds maintenance services, operating across England and Wales and employing hundreds of staff.

Today, I use that experience to mentor, advise, and support both contractors and housing associations, whether that’s growing a commercial business, launching a DLO, or transforming an underperforming service.

I help organisations:

* Improve service efficiency and resident satisfaction
* Strengthen operational delivery and compliance
* Upskill teams through hands-on mentoring and training
* Introduce smarter systems for quality control, H&S, and productivity

At the heart of my work is a passion for customer service and practical improvement by getting things done, raising standards, and delivering long-term value to clients and communities.

If you’re looking to reshape your estate services or unlock new growth in your business, let’s connect.
