MORAL is a female & minority-owned, end-to-end technology company advancing ethical technology through representation, responsibility, and radical innovation. We partner with organizations across healthcare, pharma, public systems, education, sports, entertainment, and complex industries to build technology that keeps people at the center.

Unlike a traditional agency, we stay with our partners across the full journey. We offer a complete process from discovery, branding, design, launch to post-release optimization and testing.

Our work comes to life through three core offerings:

MORAL Agency: Creative Consulting services made up of Inclusive international teams delivering MORAL processes and products.

MORAL Compass: An innovative curriculum designed to empower people to learn more about ethical design practices.

MORAL Code: Ensuring that technology is designed inclusively, developed morally, and deployed in ways that protect humans.

We believe humans are responsible for creating the conditions for an ethical evolution of technology. Our mission is to help build a more reliable, equitable, and safe future by placing people at the heart of technology. Bringing diverse minds together to create what no single perspective could build alone.
