Gordon MacPherson is a co-founder and CEO of Moralbox, an online training management service established in January 2014 that assists businesses in managing workforce training and compliance through automated features. Prior to this role, Gordon served as a director of Seaham Safety Services Ltd from November 2006 to December 2019, offering training and consultancy support services. Earlier experience includes a position as a research technician at the University of Sheffield from November 2001 to November 2006, working in the Institute for Cancer Studies, and as a scientific support and troubleshooting scientist at the Forensic Science Service from November 2000 to November 2001, focusing on quality control for DNA testing procedures. Gordon holds a BSc in Molecular Cellular Biology from The University of Huddersfield, achieved between 1997 and 2000.
