Since its conception in 2002, Morcan has been providing affordable, reliable IT support to various sectors in the UK. Over the past decade the company has extended its portfolio to over 22 countries, offering remote support services on demand.

Meeting the demand
Initially, Morcan was created to provide IT support to existing systems, but client demand has meant that the organisation has matured into providing a more complete package. The team now not only offer support services, but also install, enhance and develop new or existing systems – providing a complete Managed Service package.

Flexibility is key
Whether you need the Morcan team to act as an integral IT department, a supplement to your existing team, or simply be on hand to offer ad-hoc advice as and when it is needed, Morcan provides a fully flexible approach and tailors the service to best suit your requirements.

The right team
The team at Morcan is made up of a core of IT specialists, all of whom have held positions in senior support, consultancy or procurement roles. Every team member is an expert in their field and their passion translates as a desire to deliver faster, better quality results for you.

Getting to know you
One of Morcan’s key values is the importance of getting to know you, and the team is proud to be able to nurture good working relationships. When creating tailored solutions or developing new technologies, it is vital that the team understands your requirements and in order to do this properly we need to understand what makes you tick. Morcan like to get to know the people behind the computer screen, and work out exactly how all this technology is going to impact your day-to-day working life.
