Sous Chef - VP at MORE Brewing

Joe Rodriguez has been working in the food and beverage industry for over 10 years. Joe started out as a dishwasher and worked their way up to sous chef. In 2020, they decided to leave the restaurant industry and move into human resources. Joe took a job as a human resources representative with Petco. Joe was responsible for leaves of absences, employee relations, risk management, and onboarding. Joe left Petco in June 2021 to take a position as VP at MORE Brewing.

Joe Rodriguez has a BBA from The University of Texas at San Antonio in Human Resource Management and a Certificate of Completion from Texas State Technical College in Academic Core Curriculum. Joe also went to Harlingen High School - South.

Their manager is Chris Minor, Executive Chef. They work with Yaya Carerra - Kitchen Manager, Elgin Taylor - Sous Chef 2 - VP, and John Martin - Sous Chef - VP.
