Ryan Absolon

Ryan Absolon is a brewer at MORE Brewing in Chicago. Ryan has also worked as an assistant brewer at Lagunitas Brewing Company and in various administrative roles at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Prior to that, they worked in sales at Staples. Ryan is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Ryan Absolon's educational career includes a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the University of Illinois Chicago, a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Harper College, and a high school diploma from James B. Conant High School.

They are on a team with Mike Sullivan - Brewery Assistant, Chuck Ershbock - Cellar. Ryan Absolon reports to David Ziebell, Lead Brewer - Huntley.
