Gabriela Samel

Gabriela Samel is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at RCD Hotels, a position held since 2022. They have extensive experience in human resources, having previously served as a Senior Corporate Director of Human Resources at AMResorts and as a Human Resources Director at Meliá Hotels International. Gabriela's career began as a Training and Development Coordinator at SuperClubs, and they have held various roles in human resources management and consultation. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a focus on Human Resources from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas and a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from the University of California, Berkeley.
