Katie Rothfield is an accomplished design leader with over 22 years of experience in hospitality, residential, and mixed-use projects worldwide. Currently serving as the Design Director at More Development, they lead design strategy and coordination for global ventures, overseeing cross-functional teams through all phases of development. Previously, Katie held various roles, including teaching professor at Florida International University, where they developed curriculum and mentored students. They also co-founded a multimedia lifestyle brand and played a significant role in launching a turnkey interiors company.
