Lowrett Powell

Lowrett Powell is a Project Director in Construction at More Development, where they oversee significant building projects. Previously, they served as a Senior Architect and Associate Director of Construction at SMG Construction & Millwork, and have held various roles at AECOM and other firms, ranging from Architect to Project Manager. Lowrett earned a Master of Architecture degree from Hampton University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Florida A&M University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. With extensive experience in both project management and architectural design, Lowrett has been involved in notable projects such as the Baha Mar Resort and redevelopment initiatives.
