Lauren Forrow is currently the Head of Driver Development at More Than Equal, having also served as a Driver Development Consultant there in 2025. Previously, Lauren held various leadership roles, including Head of Operations for the Great Britain Cycling Team at British Cycling from 2021 to 2025, and Performance & Logistics Manager for the London Pulse Netball Superleague Team from 2020 to 2021. Lauren's experience extends to the British Bobsleigh & Skeleton Association, where they were a Performance Assistant and later the World Class Programme Manager. Additionally, Lauren has contributed to England Netball as a Team Manager and has a background in sports science education, holding both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Brighton, both with outstanding honors.
