Tom Stanton is an experienced sports professional currently serving as Head of Driver Development at More than Equal since November 2023, a not-for-profit organization focused on cultivating female talent in Formula 1. Tom Stanton has operated a consulting business since July 2015, specializing in speaking, education, and consulting. Prior to this, Tom served as Head of Performance Pathways for the Great Britain Cycling Team from July 2018 to November 2023, directing the performance framework leading to Olympic success. Tom's earlier roles include Head of Performance Support for GB Boxing at the English Institute of Sport, Lead Scientist in Performance Pathways, and Senior Scientist at British Cycling, complementing a solid academic background with an MSc in Sport Science from Loughborough University and a BSc in Sport Technology from Sheffield Hallam University.
