more than ideas ™ will work with you to take creative ideas and service concepts through to practical implementation. Drawing on the disciplines of human-centred design, business management and applied research we partner with you to solve tough challenges, to innovate your service suite, and to boost your operational discipline.

The design studio

Good service design mixes creativity and rigorous enquiry with a disciplined refinement process. Our studio works with your team to refresh your services, or to design new ones, through a proven method that delivers unique but implementable results. Our approach will plug the design into your organisation’s DNA.

The improvement lab

Great and continued improvement is at the heart of sustainable organisations. Our lab provides business consulting services, partnering closely with you to resolve strategic challenges, diagnose the cause of performance failures, evaluate service outcomes, or drive operational improvements.

The information house

We believe in the collective power of shared knowledge and understanding. We transfer knowledge through tools, techniques and training services; and invest our time to understand the lived experience of individuals. We use these insights in all the work we do.
