Dean Morris has over 15 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on retail and consumer products. Dean began their career as a marketing consultant for a retail company, before taking on the role of marketing director at Robert Dyas. In this role, they led several cross-functional initiatives, such as the 'store of the future' project and the development of loyalty schemes aimed specifically at teachers and small businesses.

In 2015, Dean took a career break to travel internationally. Dean returned to work in 2016 as the marketing director for Ryman Stationery. Dean was brought in on a contract basis with key responsibilities as follows: to develop the marketing strategy and customer proposition across the consumer, business and education divisions; to review and develop the CRM capability to drive revenue, loyalty and improved insights from the customer database; and to review the team structure across marketing, CRM and creative studio.

In 2019, Dean left Ryman Stationery to take on the role of client director at more2. In this role, they are responsible for developing more2's marketing strategy and customer proposition across all divisions. Dean is also responsible for overseeing the CRM team and developing loyalty schemes aimed at specific customer groups.

Dean Morris has a BA in Marketing from The University of Huddersfield and went to Wolverhampton Grammar School.
