Lou Morey

Louise Morey is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management and consulting. Currently serving as the Head of HR Delivery and Lead HR Consultant at HR Connect Ltd since September 2014, Louise specializes in HR strategy, policy development, project management, outplacement support, and recruitment across various levels. Additionally, Louise has operated Lou Morey Consulting since January 2002, providing tailored HR consulting services. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Human Resources Manager at Fonterra from April 1996 to November 2001. Louise holds a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Otago, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
