Moreau a été fondée en 1977 par M. Jean-Yves Moreau, électricien de métier. Aujourd’hui, c’est plus de 45 ans d’expérience dans 20 champs d’activités différents partout dans le monde. L’entreprise compte à ce jour près de 750 employés. Le siège social se situe à Rouyn-Noranda et Moreau détient d’autres succursales soit à Val d’Or, au Saguenay Lac St-Jean, en Alberta et en Ontario.
