Birkir Ellertsson

Birkir Ellertsson is a skilled Machine Designer currently employed at Mørenot Group since February 2023. Prior to this role, Birkir worked at Össur from January 2019 to February 2023, where contributions included positions as a Manufacturing Engineer and Product Designer focused on R&D for bionic solutions, including the design and assembly of prototype prosthetic knees. Birkir also gained experience as an intern in the Bionics division at Össur. Earlier work experience includes serving as a Safety Inspector at Aðalskoðun, a Lane Mechanic at Keiluhöllin, and a Mechanic's Apprentice at Brimborg, along with a position as an Automotive Technician at Vaka hf.
