Karolis Cesiulis currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Mørenot Baltic, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Karolis was the Chief Economist at Klaipeda Stevedoring Company BEGA from September 2012 to December 2021, where responsibilities included economic and financial analysis, preparation of financial statements and budgets, and the development of performance-based wage systems. Karolis also held positions in various companies, including Deputy Head of the Heating Energy Accounting Unit at AB "Klaipėdos energija" and roles in sales and shipment coordination at Greencarrier and CMA CGM, respectively. Karolis holds a Master’s degree in Marketing/Marketing Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Klaipeda University, and a German Language Certificate from the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany.
