Gregory Maitre has a wealth of experience in various managerial roles. Gregory started their career as a Shipping and Customs Coordinator at DECATHLON FRANCE in 1999. Gregory then moved to Decathlon Brasil, where they worked as the Head of Logistics for eight years, overseeing the creation of the Imported-Product Supply-Chain and designing logistics and distribution structures.

In 2008, Maitre joined Exelixis as the Corporate Logistics and Supply Manager, responsible for managing supply and stocks at research laboratories and equipment installations. After a short period, they transitioned to Lillo do Brasil as the Supply Chain Manager, where they restructured and integrated supply and distribution chains and realigned the interface between commercial, industrial, and logistics departments.

In 2011, Maitre joined betunel-oficial - Betuseal as the General Manager. Gregory successfully introduced a new asphalt-based seal-coating technique in Brazil, making the company a reference in pavement sealers. Gregory also played a vital role in company strategic, financial, and commercial planning, as well as building and leading cross-functional teams.

Currently, Maitre is working as the Country Manager (CEO Brazil) at MORFO, a position acquired in 2023.

Gregory Maitre's education history includes obtaining a Master's degree in International Logistics from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN) from 1998 to 1999. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Transportation, and Logistics from IUT (Institut Universitaire de Technologie) from 1996 to 1998. In addition, they had completed a 2-year degree level in Law from Aix-Marseille University from 1994 to 1996.
