Previously, Maynard held pivotal positions at Kennametal, leading substantial turnarounds and enhancing profitability. With a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts focused on Finance from Kent State University, Maynard is skilled in operations management, talent development, and implementing lean initiatives to achieve cost containment and growth.
