Philippa Phipps

Philippa Phipps has extensive work experience in talent management, performance development, and leadership development. Philippa was the Group Head of Talent and Development at Morgan Advanced Materials, where they focused on implementing a global approach to talent and performance and driving higher quality conversations. Prior to that, they worked at BAE Systems as the UK Head of Talent Centre of Expertise, where they transformed talent management into a strategic business lever and led the UK transformation of the HR operating model.
