Founded in 2009, Morgan Legal has grown from a modest one-woman practice to become one of the largest suburban law firms in Melbourne’s northern corridor.

At the heart of our practice is an unwavering commitment to serving the community. Director and Principal Mary Ann Morgan is an active participant in local projects, particularly in public health, and is currently a Director of the Austin Hospital. She is also the Chairman of two Owner’s Corporation entities in Heidelberg and Lorne, Victoria.

The acquisition of several long-standing local practices namely, Barrie J Williams and D J Thwaites Pty Ltd in 2011 and the deeds of Michael Kelly & Co. in 2016, has been integral to our success, helping us assist more of the growing Banyule community whilst maintaining a consistently high standard of service.

As general practice lawyers we are very experienced in property and commercial law, family law and litigation, estate planning including Wills and Powers of Attorney and general disputes.
