Daniel DeSantis, Esq. is a West Coast Partner at Morgan & Morgan and a senior trial attorney with a notable record in personal injury law. Having recovered over $60 million in settlements throughout their career, Daniel has consistently fought for clients' rights against insurance companies and government entities, achieving significant jury verdicts. Daniel was admitted to the American Board of Trial Advocates in 2022, becoming one of its youngest members, and has been recognized repeatedly as a Rising Star by the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.
