Rob Laughlin, MBA, is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in directing design and manufacturing operations across various industries. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Morgan Olson since October 2015, Laughlin emphasizes continuous improvement and teamwork. Previous roles include Site Lead & Operations Manager at Smiths Detection, Production Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Manager of Production Operations & Manufacturing Engineering at Northrop Grumman - Remotec, among others.
