Greg Curci

EVP, Asset Management & Operations at Morgan Properties

As the Senior Vice President of Operations at Morgan Properties, Greg Curci oversees all strategic property management operations, marketing, leasing, and training for the firm’s growing portfolio of wholly-owned and joint-venture assets.

Greg has been in the residential and commercial real estate industry for over 20 years. He brings extensive industry experience in managing office, retail, and conventional multifamily assets over the course of his career with an emphasis on repositioning and value-enhancement opportunities.

Prior to joining Morgan Properties in 2019 as Vice President of Multifamily Operations, Greg was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Equus Capital Partners, LTD’s multifamily platform. In this position, he directly facilitated over $3 billion of profitable apartment transactions and ground-up development projects, managed day-to-day operations of the firm’s multifamily assets, and maximized asset performance through repositioning and swift execution of both physical and operational value-add strategies. In addition, Greg is fluent in Japanese and previously worked at Mizuho Bank in New York City as Vice President of the International Treasury Division for 7 years.

Greg received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Japanese Language and International Economics from Connecticut College as well as his Master of Business Administration degree in Finance & Real Estate from Pennsylvania State University. He proudly serves on the Board of Directors at Roman Catholic High School in Philadelphia and chairs the Real Estate Committee at the East Falls Development Corporation.
