Todd Richman

Todd Richman is currently the Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Business Development at Morgan Properties. Todd has over 25 years of experience in the industry, having previously worked as a property controller and controller at Kravco and Needleman Management, respectively. Todd also spent three years as a manager at Chi Chi's. Todd is a highly skilled and experienced professional who has been able to successfully navigate the ever-changing landscape of the real estate industry.

Todd Richman earned a BS in accounting from Rowan University.
