Frank Schaefer

Frank Schaefer possesses extensive experience in management and sales across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager at Morgan Services since March 2006, Frank has also held the positions of National Service Manager and National Sales Manager, leading a large sales team to achieve significant annual revenue growth while implementing effective recruitment and training strategies that halved turnover rates. Prior to this role, Frank contributed as a Strategic Account Manager at Gordon Flesch Company, Inc., focusing on business development and customer service. Frank’s earlier experience includes managing operations and profitability as a General Manager at Polo Ralph Lauren. Academically, Frank holds an MBA in Finance from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago and a B.S. in Cellular and Molecular Biology from Tulane University.
