Billy O'Connor

Billy O'Connor is a seasoned professional in Risk Management, currently serving as VP of US Banks in First Line Risk Management at Morgan Stanley, where they have worked since 2024. They hold a BS in Finance from the University of Florida, earned in 2006. With extensive experience as a Senior IT Auditor at Freddie Mac and E*TRADE, and various roles at Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers, Billy is dedicated to fostering innovation in the Audit and Risk Management community. They are building a new community that focuses on eclectic innovation, aimed at enhancing traditional assurance and advisory techniques.
