Bruce Smith

Bruce Smith is currently the Executive Director of Real-Time Market Data in Institutional Securities Technology at Morgan Stanley, leading the EMEA markets within the Algo department. With approximately 7 years at Morgan Stanley, Bruce oversees the development and integration of market data distribution platforms for trading applications. Prior to this, they spent 8 years at Bloomberg LP, where they held various leadership roles, managing teams and developing critical market data solutions. Bruce's extensive experience in software development spans over 25 years, having worked with firms such as Deutsche Bank, ABN AMRO, and several technology companies. They hold a degree in Engineering with Industrial Management from the University of Surrey.
