Chul Bae is currently the Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, where they serve as the Global Head of Product Development for Low Latency Exchanges since 2009. Previously, they worked at Merrill Lynch as a Director, managing the Quantitative High Frequency Trading Desk Operations for the Americas from 2005 to 2009.
