David Bates is a creative leader and brand designer with nearly 20 years of experience in the industry. They began their career as a Design Studio Intern at MullenLowe U.S. in 2006, and have since held various roles, including UI/UX Designer at Savant Systems and Graphic Designer at '47 and Sprout Studios. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at GATE 3 in Design and Development before serving as the Director of Brand & Creative at E*TRADE from Morgan Stanley from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Bates is the Vice President of Wealth Management Creative Solutions at Morgan Stanley. They hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from UMass Lowell.
