Deling Wei is currently the Vice President and Equity Derivative Strategist at Morgan Stanley, a position held since 2016. Previously, Deling worked as a Fixed Income Front Office Quant at the same firm from 2014 to 2016 and completed a summer internship. Deling also served as a Research Assistant at Penn State University from 2009 to 2013.
