Eric Grossman

Eric Grossman is the Chief Legal Officer at Morgan Stanley. Eric previously worked as a partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from January 2001 to December 2005. Prior to that, they were a clerk for the Honorable Richard J. Cardamore at the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit from January 1993 to December 1994.
