Fay Chen

Fay Chen is currently the Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, where they focus on private credit and equity investing, making direct private investments in private companies. Previously, they served as an Investment Banking Associate and later as Vice President at Morgan Stanley. Fay began their career as an Investment Banking Analyst and Fixed Income Analyst at J.P. Morgan from 2002 to 2006. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts at The Johns Hopkins University and an MBA at Yale University, alongside attending the Yale School of Management.
