Jay Runham is an experienced design professional with a robust background in user experience and product design. Currently serving as VP Design Lead for E*Trade and VP UX Design Lead for Morgan Stanley at Work since December 2021, Jay previously held various roles at the University of Alberta, including Product Designer and User Experience Designer from 2011 to November 2021.
