Joel Bartlow is the Head of Bank Liquidity Risk at Morgan Stanley, where they oversee liquidity risk for U.S. Banks and Wealth Management. Previously, they served as Vice President at Morgan Stanley and as a Bank Examiner for Liquidity Risk at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where they played a key role in assessing liquidity risk management at large US Bank Holding Companies. Joel holds an MBA in Finance from Purdue University and is currently pursuing a BSBA in Finance at Thomas Edison State University.
