John Kubes, MAI, AI-GRS, is an experienced real estate professional with a strong background in appraisal and risk management. John began his career at Herman Appraisal Services before progressing through various roles at Integra Realty Resources, BRKW Real Estate Valuation Services, and Mardell Partners as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser. John then held the position of VP Appraisal Services at MidWestOne Bank, followed by a Senior Vice President role at Newmark Knight Frank. Since January 2020, John has served as Vice President of Risk Management at Morgan Stanley. In addition to practical experience, John holds a Bachelor's degree from The University of North Dakota.
