John Yang

John Yang is an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, where they lead initiatives in data federation, usage monitoring, and equity trading data migration. With a robust background as a lead data engineer and architecture designer, John has successfully managed teams across various locations, fostering diverse talent and overseeing complex data projects. Before their current role, they held vice president positions at both Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch, and served as a data platform developer at SunGard. John earned a B.Sc. in Computer Science from The University of British Columbia and a M.Sc. in Computer Science from Rutgers University, in addition to a B. Eng. in Chemical Engineering from Central South University.
