Joy Hoffmann

Joy Hoffmann is the Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, dedicated to bringing private capital to low-income communities and families. They previously served as Executive Director of Community Development at Morgan Stanley and held senior roles at Bank of the West and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. Joy's extensive experience in community investment began as a Research Analyst for Neighborhood Housing Services of America and continued with impactful roles at the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco and World Savings. They earned a Bachelor's degree with honors in Political Science and Government from the University of California, Davis.
