Julia Devine

Julia Devine is the Executive Director of Institutional Business Development and Sales, focusing on OCIO Endowments and Foundations. With a digital-first and entrepreneurial mindset, Julia has extensive experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns. Previously, Julia held various roles at Morgan Stanley, including Vice President and Assistant Vice President, where they enhanced client interaction through technology and led marketing initiatives for the Outsourced Chief Investment Office. Julia began their career as a Lifeguard with the NYC Department of Parks & Recreation and worked as an Analyst at Nomura, contributing to vital financial evaluations for institutional clients. Currently, Julia is pursuing a Bachelor of Science at Loyola University Maryland.
