Mark Beacham is currently the Managing Director and Global Head of Rewards & Analytics at Morgan Stanley. Previously, they held various leadership positions including Group Head of Reward at Domestic & General and Head of Global Reward at Mercuria Energy Trading S.A. Mark's extensive experience in compensation and governance spans roles at Barclays, Goldman Sachs, and PwC, among others. They earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Wales, Swansea, and are a Chartered Accountant.
