Mark Eichorn

Co-Head of Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley

Mark Eichorn is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley and Global Co-Head of Investment Banking. He also serves as a member of Morgan Stanley’s Management and Operating Committees.

Mark joined Morgan Stanley in 1993 as an Associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions department and served in a variety of roles with increasing responsibility during his first fifteen years with the Firm.

Mark was named Vice President in 1995, Executive Director in 1997, Managing Director in

2000, and most recently served as Head of Mergers & Acquisitions for the Americas.
