Oliver Hoad

Oliver Hoad currently serves as the Global Head of Executive Talent Acquisition at Morgan Stanley, overseeing a global team responsible for hiring Executive Directors and Managing Directors across all business lines since June 2024. Prior to this role, Oliver held several leadership positions at Barclays, including Head of Executive Talent Acquisition for Barclays Execution Services and Director of Executive Talent Acquisition for the COO, focusing on diversity talent acquisition and managing the recruitment of senior executives in various technology and operations functions. Oliver's previous experience also includes serving as Executive Director of Executive Search at JPMorgan Chase, where the emphasis was on external leadership recruitment for the technology and data sectors. Additionally, Oliver has held director-level roles at CTPartners, specializing in technology and operations in the financial services sector, and served as Lead Search Consultant at 7 Fifty Two Solutions, where a senior recruitment function was developed. Oliver holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport and Exercise Science from St Mary’s University, Twickenham.
