Pascal Croak

Pascal Croak is an experienced professional in the investment banking and venture capital sectors, currently serving as an Associate in the Investment Banking Financial Sponsors Group at Morgan Stanley since 2024. Prior to this role, Pascal worked at Bain Capital Ventures from 2021 to 2024 as an Investor, contributing to a firm that manages over $100 billion in alternative assets and has a diverse portfolio of over 80 active companies. Pascal began a career at Goldman Sachs, where roles included Investment Banking Associate and Analyst within the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) division from July 2017 to June 2021.
