Patrick Oh

Patrick Oh is the Executive Director and Americas Head of the Sustainability Compliance Office at Morgan Stanley, a role they commenced in 2022. They previously served as a Legal Advisor at JPMorgan Chase & Co., focusing on compliance in asset and wealth management, as well as environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters. Patrick gained extensive litigation experience as a Senior Litigation Associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and as a Litigation Associate at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP. They also co-founded Material, Inc., advising on governance and compliance issues for the startup. Patrick holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Columbia Law School, earned in 2006.
